Up around Zevenwacht the plots run to a boma and a view across the vines toward Stellenbosch; Amandelrug, Soneike and Highbury are family streets where the braai gets lit on a Wednesday because it can be. The Bottelary hills take the wind, so an exposed stoep here wants wood that coals fast rather than wood that sulks. Kuils River is a Saturday suburb for us. The estate gate is easier on a weekend morning and somebody is home to point at the right side of the garage, so ask for a Saturday drop when you order and we will run it when there is enough demand on the day.
