Delivery is one flat fee per drop for your area, whatever the load, so forty bags cost the same to deliver as ten. Not sure how many? Work it out.
The most common complaint we hear about firewood is that it doesn't fit. Short Pieces is the fix: the same seasoned blue gum as our standard bag, sourced in the Western Cape, cut shorter for small fireplaces, compact closed-combustion units, apartment hearths and chimineas.
Shorter pieces stack neatly in a small firebox, light easily because there's more end-grain to catch, and burn hot without hanging over the grate. Same wood, same ±20kg bag, a slightly lower price. If your fireplace takes a full-length log, the standard Blue Gum / Bloekom bag is the better buy.
It goes across greater Cape Town, the Winelands and the West Coast for one flat delivery fee per route from R200 — carried in and stacked within 50 metres of where we offload, no extra charge, typically within 1–2 business days. Seasoned and stored under cover, with our Dry Guarantee on every bag.
